Minimum 12 month lease but would prefer 24-36 months. Willing to consider a rent to own in the right situation.

 

Due to the lifestyle and location this home is best suited to those who are retired or able to work from home, perhaps an artist or a writer. During the winter the road to be impassable for up to a week following heavy snow. Of course there is no convenience store on the corner and you definitely wont get pizza delivery.
